How does the moving company answer their phones? Do they use their name? Or a generic message?	When you contact International Sea & Air Shipping you will be greeted by our trained and friendly professionals.
An International moving estimate that is developed site-unseen is probably to good to be true.	International Sea & Air Shipping will offer to send our sales person to your home and provide an in-home survey of your household goods. This in home survey is FREE of charge and will enable us to provide you with an accurate quote.
Movers are required by Federal regulations to supply customers with a copy of "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move".	Your copy of "Rights and Responsibilities" will be provided by us either in a booklet form or through e-mail.
Does the company's website have a local address? Is there information about their registration?	Our license number is displayed on our About Us page.
Does the mover claim that all good are covered by their insurance?	We recommend that you obtain additional marine insurance coverage, which we can provide for you an an additional cost.
Is the company's office or warehouse in good condition? Does it even exist?	For your peace of mind, we would be more than happy for you to visit our facility and meet our staff.
Does the moving company request cash or a large deposit before the move?	We ask for a reasonable deposit based upon the size of your shipment to secure your moving date.
